The company “Ansara Holding Corporation, Inc dba Regency Holding incorporated in the state of Florida on March 9, 2001. The founder of the corporation is Dr. Ashley Ansara. The Corporation main function is to develop, acquire and manage commercial and healthcare facilities. The corporation has completed over 400,000 sf of new construction valued at $200 million in today’s market.
Our new joint venture with Everest Group of Companies to build the followings:
1. Regency Everest Health Medical Center with 78,000 sf of new construction
2. Regency Retails for high end retails such as Channel, Gucci, etc. 20,000 sf of new construction
3. Regency Town Center, five (5) parcels for restaurants. This project is land lease only.
The JV will develop approximately 200,000 sf of new construction with cost of approximately $150 million.

Joint venture between Regency Holding and Everest Group of Companies (www.everestplace.com ). The project is located 4 miles from Disney Magic Kingdom, at the intersection of SR 429 and US-Hwy 192, Kissimmee, Florida.
The projected cost of phase one is approximately $50 million. Groundbreaking started in November 2022 and expected completion in October 2024.
This project is a part of the Everest Place Development in Orlando. One million square feet development with projected cost of $ 1.2 billion. This development is the latest master-planned community and hospitality development in Orlando, Florida. The Master Plan will have three five stars international hotels, Shazza from Dubai, Nickelodeon a joint venture with Paramount, and Kempinski Resort and 2,000 audience convention centers. An additional 2,000 condominiums and apartments will be built. Retails close to 200,000sf.

Consist of:
a. 78,000sf medical center designed as one-stop shop for patients. The building will have an ambulatory surgical center, imaging center, diagnostic lab, pharmacy, physical therapy, and several physician offices.
